Sugaring SD Cancellation Policy
Sugaring SD is a flexible and understanding business that is here to make the hair removal experience a superior one. Your appointment is valued and reserved especially for you, but it is understood that schedule adjustments are needed; therefore, we respectfully ask that at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Please respect the time that is taken to provide this service as well as the flexibility of the points collected towards your FREE appointment.
Sugaring SD is open Monday through Friday 9:30am to 7:30pm and Saturdays 10am to 3pm
NEW CLIENTS
If you are running more than 10 minutes late to your appointment without communication, you may forfeit your appointment without refund and/or shorten the service booked. Please come alone to your appointment. There is a small parking lot open onsite for clients to park however, it can fill up quickly. The surrounding blocks do have meter parking so please plan accordingly in the case the parking lot is full. Sugaring SD is currently a one woman operation, please be mindful. If you need to cancel your appointment, please reach out to Sugaring SD to receive your refund. Refunds will be given only to those who have canceled before the 24 hour cancellation policy. Please allow 3-5 full business days for the refund to be seen back into your account. Appointments cancelled after the 24 hour policy, will not be refunded.
CONFIRMATIONS EMAILS
As a courtesy clients receive a reminder via email and text, 72 hours prior to scheduled appointment with a request to make any adjustments 24 hours prior. Please utilize this service, it is there to make your busy life easier. It is the clients responsibility to remember their appointment.
CANCELLATIONS
Clients are sent a 72 hour reminder prior to appointment, with the understanding that most appointments are booked weeks in advance. Without the proper notice of 24 hours to cancel or reschedule, the opportunity is missed to book other clients on the waiting list. After ONE NO SHOW, a credit card will be required to hold any future appointments and charged 100% of the service rate at the time of re-booking.
NO SHOW is to be considered an abandoned appointment or a last minute cancellation (within 1 hour of appointment time) will be charged in full.
RESCHEDULING is to be considered anytime before the 24 hour appointment time. No charge will be applied.
*Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a 50% charge of your total appointment. If you are booked for a "multi area appointment", a flat $40 charge will be applied.
*Cancellations less 24 hours will be a full charge of the appointment booked.
